While he&amp;rsquo;s busy living now, he also assures &amp;ldquo;They Don’t Know.&amp;rdquo; The best from Rowse probably comes in the form of &amp;ldquo;Every 27th.&amp;rdquo; That R&amp;amp;B twist looks good on him and sounds even better.
