Big Mike is ready to do big things with his crash course in hip hop. “Turn Up” does what it intends to do with some help from Chorus Joe. The energy is untouchable. Dizzy D jumps on “Ima Beast” and this one is just as wild as the last, as is “Game Time” with Chorus Joe once again. Big Mike can go out on his own though at times and proves himself in “House Party.” The only one invited to sing along here is the listeners. Big Mike’s style is both aggressive and lively. It’s in your face and abrasive but is the type of music that can’t help but make things happen. blkLuna does Brooklyn the only way he knows how, through his rhymes. “Slowly Falling” is a hip hop love song that is simple tale about a guy falling in love with R&B interweaved throughout. “I’m Feeling” is as fast as The Flash and hard to catch the first time through, so don’t be afraid to listen to it a few times to get a handle on it. Props to blkLuna for the speed. “Dear Daisy” slows it down and stands out for that. It’s like the line between the first and second mentioned. “I Don’t Wanna Be” rounds out what we have come to hear from blkLuna.
