JHall comes from the streets of Michigan and has put all his time and energy into his craft and it shows. “Light It Up” is a track that’s not only well performed – but well produced. It’s crisp and has fine lines. The hook really solidifies this one, but JHall definitely brings it in the lyrics department. Kudos to him on this one. If the rest of what he has in his arsenal is like this song – there’s no doubt that JHall can be the next big thing in hip hop.
