Lansing, Michigan isn’t known for a lot on the surface but it has a great music scene and Chil Wil is a part of it. “Can’t Tell Me Nothin” really keeps your attention due to the female parts disbursed without. As for Chil Wil, his rhymes are very serious and set that tone overall for the song. That serious side of him continues on to “Exhibit A,” while “Hunger” has a beat that allows for a little wiggle room as far as what it’ll make listeners to – move. Things get real with “Pain” as the reality of life shines in the lyrics. Then as we head towards the end of one and into another, here’s “Dear Summer.” It’s a great slow song that has a great throwback sound intertwined. So if you like your hip hop leaning more towards the serious side of life – check out Chil Wil ASAP. (https://www.reverbnation.com/chilwil85)
